Melanie guided us through the entire homebuying process; she was extremely helpful and responsive, and overall made us feel like she was there for us and wanted us to find a house we were happy with. Melanie was wonderful from the beginning to the end. We were connected with her through Zillow, as we scheduled a tour of a property on the app. She was never pushy or invasive of our family's process and time of touring the properties. We were first time home buyers with a lot of questions. If she wasn't equipped with the answer, she found it in a timely manner. We toured A LOT of properties in a short period of time. We set out to look at the end of June/ start of July with the goal of being moved before school started back, mid August.After seeing many houses, we found one that we loved. She guided us through the quick close with ease and never missed a deadline. She was always available- always answering my calls and returning texts quickly. She was wonderful with our kids and they fell in love with her quickly. Our littlest calls her "Miss Mewawie." After moving in, I have reached out with property specific questions and she has gone above and beyond in helping where she could. We will indeed use Melanie for our next property purchase. I've loved working with Melanie. She's incredibly knowledgeable and does an excellent job of trying to understand what you're looking for in a home to provide thoughtful listings. When we were viewing homes, I really appreciate how candid she was about concerns she had with a home. I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me or push me on anything. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated her input. Throughout the process of going under contract and closing, she was extremely organized, responsive, and communicative. What's so spectacular about my experience with Melanie was that she was able to help us get a home 3,000+ miles away. When we started our home buying process, I was in Honolulu, Hi at the time and was unable to travel to Colorado to look at the homes in person. Melanie offered to show us homes via Facetime and through video recordings which made everything so convenient. She went above and beyond and helped us in every way possible. After what felt like endless bidding wars and constantly being priced out, Melanie was able to find us a diamond in the rough to call our home. She never gave up even when I myself wanted to and kept pushing us to be patient and to believe in the process. We are now in our new home for almost a month now and we absolutely love it. The neighborhood is quiet, well kept and we are less than 10 minutes away from everything we need.
Melanie does a great a job. Her encouragement through what was a lenghty contract process stopped me from getting out of what I felt was a difficult process. I'm now in what is a perfect little space for me. It's affordable, brand new, and has excellent views of downtown and the mountains. Melanie continues to help me with some small issues after closing.
