There simply aren't enough wonderful phrases I could use to describe our experience with Billee Silva when buying our new home. Billee came well prepared and was knowledgeable regarding the neighborhoods we were shown. Her attention to detail was exceptional; she noticed and pointed out details that could be of possible concern in some homes, as well as pointing out upgrades that made each home unique and desirable. She answered all of our questions and was quick to get back to us if a question needed further investigation. When we were ready to make an offer, Billee advised us of the true market value of similar homes in the area and what they had sold for. Her assistance in helping us negotiate was invaluable, which resulted in the purchase of a beautiful house we now call “home”. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One last thing, if you’re looking for a real estate agent and you select Billee, you’ll be so glad you did. Billee is everything you want and need as an agent, and will quickly become someone you’d be proud and honored to call friend.

Billee is AMAZING! I had a strict (and unimpressive) budget but Billee was able to find a perfect fit for me. She was patient with me when I sent numerous listing and helped pull out the non-starters based off what I was looking for. She explained the entire process in a way that was easy to digest (first time & clueless homebuyer here). When it came time to put in an offer, she was on top of all the due diligence and always provided me with timely updates before I even asked.
