There simply aren't enough wonderful phrases I could use to describe our experience with Billee Silva when buying our new home. We knew from our very first meeting with Billee that she was exactly who we were looking for in a real estate agent. She listened to our needs and presented homes that filled them. Billee came well prepared and was knowledgeable regarding the neighborhoods we were shown. Her attention to detail was exceptional; she noticed and pointed out details that could be of possible concern in some homes, as well as pointing out upgrades that made each home unique and desirable. She answered all of our questions and was quick to get back to us if a question needed further investigation. When we were ready to make an offer, Billee advised us of the true market value of similar homes in the area and what they had sold for. Her assistance in helping us negotiate was invaluable, which resulted in the purchase of a beautiful house we now call “home”. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One last thing, if you’re looking for a real estate agent and you select Billee, you’ll be so glad you did. Billee is everything you want and need as an agent, and will quickly become someone you’d be proud and honored to call friend.

Billee is AMAZING! I had a strict (and unimpressive) budget but Billee was able to find a perfect fit for me. She was patient with me when I sent numerous listing and helped pull out the non-starters based off what I was looking for. She explained the entire process in a way that was easy to digest (first time & clueless homebuyer here). When it came time to put in an offer, she was on top of all the due diligence and always provided me with timely updates before I even asked. Working with Billee felt like I was touring homes with a long-time friend. For any other purchases in my future, I’ll be RUNNING back to her. Such an easy & great experience!

Billee was exceptionally helpful and educated how to list the property, she hired a professional photographer at her cost that was professionally done. She was on time always and responds within minutes. I would highly recommend her.

Biillee was excellent! She’s very accessible and pivoted from the Cape to Lehigh when I changed location interests. She quickly did video tours with me as I’m buying from out of state. She answered all of my questions and was very considerate of my needs as a client. She kept up with where the process was, followed up with all parties and provided lists of names of local people for inspections and insurance. She never steered me towards 1 or the other but she provided lists so I wouldn’t have to spend time looking up local companies. My wife experience with her was great and if I need an agent again, I would definitely call her!

1/2021 We met Billee when looking for more investment properties. She is the consummate professional. Everything clicked in just a two week period from offer to closing. When the opportunity arises we'll definitely use her talents again and hopefully again. God has blessed her with an amazing caring gift to help others relocate.Update 4/23/2026:We just sold the home that is posted above (5 years later) with of course Billee Silva (who else would we use). She is the absolute consummate professional as I stated before.
