Maya was tenacious in her determination to get our house sold. She showed creativity in a quickly changing market with rising interest rates. Even considering the narrow buyer pool of the luxury market, she was able to generate significant traffic from both potential buyers and realtors who sell in that price range. Her constant networking and followup with other agents were promptly related to us so that we could make informed decisions during the marketing/showing process. We are grateful for the inordinate amount of personal time she spent helping us update and stage the house on a budget, which allowed us to maximize our profits from the sale.
