From the beginning, Maya and her team made me comfortable by explaining the process necessary to get my house on the market and sold. To start this process several of them, with Maya, met me in the house, walked through and around it, made suggestions how to enhance the salability. Then Maya brought an Estate Sales owner to the home, and who then arranged an in the house sale of valuables electronically, followed by removal of the unsold items. Maya then arranged thorough cleaning, and some improvements that enhanced the sale successfully. Maya's extensive experience was helpful in setting and negotiating the ultimate price, with which I was very pleased.
