For multiple 1031 exchanges in a short period of time, katryanna was very helpful in assessing and documenting by on site video/photo all recently listed properties in a price range in and around Raleigh in an extremely timely manner. This was necessary as most of these properties were sold within 48-72 hrs of being listed and I live in Florida, but I was able to successfully purchase 3 Raleigh/ Sanford properties via 1031 exchanges in a short time window due to good teamwork and all of katryannas driving and quick on site evaluations-- I couldn't have done it without her.
