For multiple 1031 exchanges in a short period of time, katryanna was very helpful in assessing and documenting by on site video/photo all recently listed properties in a price range in and around Raleigh in an extremely timely manner. This was necessary as most of these properties were sold within 48-72 hrs of being listed and I live in Florida, but I was able to successfully purchase 3 Raleigh/ Sanford properties via 1031 exchanges in a short time window due to good teamwork and all of katryannas driving and quick on site evaluations-- I couldn't have done it without her. Difficult/ competitive circumstances with great results. 👍

Maya and her team are truly the best! I am so incredibly grateful for all she did for me. She would schedule quickly every house I wanted to see (even the bad ones she knew I’d hate when we got there) and meet me or have someone from her team meet me for every showing. She never pressured me to put an offer on anything and once I even changed my mind about an offer I wanted to make a couple times (which resulted in her doing lots of paperwork) and ended up not even making the offer and she was incredibly gracious and made it clear if I wasn’t comfortable she didn’t want me to make an offer. On the home I closed on, I don’t believe I was the highest offer, but her negotiation skills got me the contract! Additionally, she went above and beyond on all fronts. For example, I’m in an unfortunate circumstance where I can’t have my cellphone or access to my personal email at work, but also can’t have access to my work email at home, which is incredibly inconvenient for having to make quick decisions. She was able to navigate that with ease and work with my lenders for me in times I wasn’t quickly available. She is truly worth every penny and I will absolutely use her again for both buying and selling my homes in the future.
