Great experience with this agent. Professional, but personable and will bend over backwards for you. We bought a VA forclosed home which was a nightmare of bureaucracy and unexpected issues, delays and stipulations. Mr. McLain spent a lot of time on the phone and running around on our behalf as we were out of state. He put in the overtime without any complaint and was always in contact giving updates on the process. Highly recommended!
