One of the Best
Matthew knows the market; knows how to influence the buyer or seller in negotiating the best position ; is very knowledgeable in all the nuanced steps to accurately close the deal; and is very professional. This is the second deal he has represented me— one buyer side and one on seller side which shows my respect for him.
