Matt was highly responsive and kept us on track. He communicated respectfully and with empathy. He demonstrated his negotiation skills with fairness and professionalism. Matt’s experience with selling rural property was apparent from his initial presentation and market analysis. He made recommendations but ultimately left decisions to us. Matt offered and provided assistance with referrals and calls to service providers. He even helped us with some of the physical tasks of removing items and trash disposal from the property.

From our very first contact Matt was engaging, professional, and friendly. My situation was as complicated as they come; so much so in fact that the one other realtor in the area willing to take it on had given up, thrown in the towel. Matt assessed the market and the potential buyer pool and helped set the listing price at a level that would assure a quick sale under unstable conditions, he approached each problem, and there were many, with a professional solution leading to another quick sale as was expected from my previous experience with Matt.
