From our very first contact Matt was engaging, professional, and friendly. My situation was as complicated as they come; so much so in fact that the one other realtor in the area willing to take it on had given up, thrown in the towel. I told Matt that I wanted to see this house and we did the next day. The day after that we made an offer, countered, it was all accepted and earnest money was put down on the following day. He coordinated everything with the seller's agent and put me in touch with a great mortgage lender. I have never bought a house with so little stress and with all transactions going so smoothly. He coordinated the inspection of the house and because I was out of town at the time, reported everything back to me in a timely manner. He did an outstanding job, the seller's were happy, and I am extremely happy with my new home and all the work Matt did on my behalf to make this dream home a reality for me.
