Matt worked really hard to prep our property for sale. It is a high end farm on acreage for which it is not easy to find a buyer. Our property was on the market for 18 days when he found the right buyer and he worked solidly to make the sale happen and see it through to the end, making sure both buyer and seller were happy with the whole transaction. I couldn't ask for a more diligent, hard working, and trustworthy realtor. He did an outstanding job for me with all aspects of selling my beloved farm.

They were extremely knowledgeable of market trends and more than willing to share their research with us which helped in our decision to buy in the neighborhood/town we did. Matt made sure to check in and update us well before we were able to travel to Oregon making us feel as though we were a priority. Although this was a transaction they would profit from, they never once phoned it in continuing to assist us even after our closing date.
