From our very first contact Matt was engaging, professional, and friendly. My situation was as complicated as they come; so much so in fact that the one other realtor in the area willing to take it on had given up, thrown in the towel. When Matt told me he likes a challenge I said "well I've got just the project for you" and I wasn't joking. I think there were multiple times when we both wanted to shrug our shoulders and walk away. But he wasn't giving up so easily and neither did I. Together we cracked that egg and got my property ready for the market. It took longer for the complicated home loan to untangle itself than it did for Matt to find eligible prospective buyers. It was touch and go throughout the entire process, but Matt mixed his signature version of patience and mild-mannered, good-natured, solid work ethic and guided us into the home stretch. The whole time he maintained an infectiuos calm, an understanding compassion mixed with a solid dose of get 'er done attitude. If you can, get this guy on your side. I was overwhelmed with the purchase and Matt helped me and walked me through the process, despite the fact that I had an unusual long process he was right there with updates and available as I kept asking questions and help around other related things to the house.
