I have had a passion for homes and interior design since I was a child. As a little girl, my favorite pastime was admiring houses and peeking through the windows to see how they were decorated. My listening skills, together with my inherent love of homes, what people enjoy about them, and matching the home to the buyer makes me a great Buyers’ Agent. Keeping what buyers are looking for in mind and listening to the Seller’s desires is my biggest asset in listing properties. Being born in Cuba, bilingual in English and Spanish, and immigrating to this wonderful country at the age of 6 made me resilient. Growing up in Miami and its diversity made me an empathetic, open-minded person, with a knack for attracting people and forming lasting relationships. Prior to entering real estate, I worked in banking, mortgage lending, and selling building materials. I have a degree in Business Management and Interior Design, and am a Certified Stager. Being a creative person, I have also taken classes in Photography, Graphic Arts, and Marketing. My proficiency in sales, contract negotiation, and interpersonal skills together with my experience and education come together to make me a trusted REALTOR®. I am continuously taking courses, educating myself on the latest technology, current trends, and the Real Estate market. I specialize in Residential Sales and love working with the 55+ community in the Lake, Sumter and Volusia County areas. My marketing materials are unique and upbeat, just like me. Making myself available to you and giving you the peace of mind that I will be by you side for every step to of the transaction is my goal. A real estate deal shouldn’t be stressful to you, not if you have me as your Realtor.
