Priced our home right and we had a full price contract offer within 2 days. Mary is knowledgeable, resourceful, and gave us helpful/useful suggestions regarding "staging" the house without making a lot of major decorating changes. Unlike others in the business in the area, she was not the least patronizing. She knew our area well and priced the house correctly getting us a better deal then we originally expected. Best agent we have ever dealt with.
