Mary Todd was very friendly and professional from the start. She marketed our home very quickly by getting it on the internet overnight. She brought in an excellent photographer who took great pictures of our home and really showed the positive selling points. She handled the price negotiations with the buyers very professionally and stayed in contact with us throughout the process, including the closing. We would highly recommend anyone selling a home to list it with her with confidence that she will handle the process very well.

Mary Todd sets the stage for an inviting experience. We were living in Seattle WA, and decided it was time to be grandparents again. Mary Todd walked us through multiple places via FaceTime. During these calls it was as if she were buying the house for herself pointing out the good and the bad. Once we stated the purchase process, Mary Todd was available anytime and addressed any concern we encountered. She even found me a place to work remotely for a couple weeks while waiting for my internet to be installed. I would highly recommend her and will use her in the future.

Well... Here I am again, writing yet another seller's review for Mary Todd Ashbrook. But this time, i'm sitting on the beach. My story... It all started with a crazy idea on how to become "rich-rich" with a vacation beach house... So, night after night laying in bed, racking my brain for months. I would always ask myself, "How can I make this dream a reality?" Then, one night - I was...hmm... "talking" with my neighbor. It hit me!!! SELL MY HOUSE!!! I called Mary Todd that night. I told her my crazy plan and she said, "Say no more fam, I gotchu!". The next thing I know, the house was listed, we had multiple CASH offers within hours, and I was on the road to dreamtown.
