Mary Todd Ashbrook

Mary Todd Ashbrook was outstanding to work with throughout the entire process. She communicated extremely well, was always professional, and followed up quickly whenever something needed attention. There were a couple of minor issues along the way, and Mary handled each one smoothly and worked very well with the buyer’s agent to keep everything moving forward. She was easy to work with, gave sound and practical advice, and always made us feel like she had our best interests in mind. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism made the process much easier than it could have been. I would highly recommend Mary Todd to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely great to work with.

She is very organized and communicates very well. She took care of all problems and kept me in the loop on every step of the way.

Mary Todd help make selling our home an extremely smooth transaction. With guidance on the listing price, it sold the first day and she watched over everything after that, handling each issue as it came up. In addition she helped us sell our extra furniture, found us a mover (who was wonderful) and someone to haul away our junk (he was great too!).

Mary Todd is an excellent professional real estate agent. It’s a friendship not a business arrangement! Thank you Mary Todd!
