Our experience could not have been any better. Mary Todd Ashbrook is a Great Real estate agent. First of all, we are not local; this is a 2 hour North move for us. Mary Todd Ashbrook came highly recommended to us. And when we called and she was there for us with quick return calls and short notice showings and even got us showing appointments on little notice. We looked at homes from late March until we made our May 31st. offer for the home we bought and now live in 37days later. She gave us options of Closing attorneys, Home inspectors, and and even a Radon detection service. Also Mary Todd gave us names of local contractors for any work our (new to us) home might need. Mary Todd worked with us the entire way. Including our 1st bid which we pulled ( on a different home) Mary Todd showed us home after home usually on little notice. She is a full service agent. We bid 10,000 over asking on one home and did not get it. Her insight was valuable on our next bid. Her advice was on the home inspection part of the deal. So on our 3rd house we bid on, and some negotiating on the details a deal was struck. Mary Todd kept us up to date on the developments along the way. Things did not go smooth with the seller, But Mary Todd worked them out. And also a thank you to Mr. Hill for working with Mary Todd through some difficult items with the seller. I almost forgot Mary Todd even went with us to the auction of a home and supported us there, we got second place in that auction. So we bid on 4 homes. Personal Experience We came to Mary Todd with questions on what we needed to do to get ready for a move out of state. She answered every question we had an even went above and beyond what was expected of a realtor. She helped us prepare for our move and gave us every scenario possible on what could happen between here and there. She even recommended a realtor in Florida for us.
