Mary Todd sets the stage for an inviting experience. We were living in Seattle WA, and decided it was time to be grandparents again. Mary Todd walked us through multiple places via FaceTime. During these calls it was as if she were buying the house for herself pointing out the good and the bad. Once we stated the purchase process, Mary Todd was available anytime and addressed any concern we encountered. She even found me a place to work remotely for a couple weeks while waiting for my internet to be installed. I would highly recommend her and will use her in the future.

Well... Here I am again, writing yet another seller's review for Mary Todd Ashbrook. But this time, i'm sitting on the beach. My story... It all started with a crazy idea on how to become "rich-rich" with a vacation beach house... So, night after night laying in bed, racking my brain for months. I would always ask myself, "How can I make this dream a reality?" Then, one night - I was...hmm... "talking" with my neighbor. It hit me!!! SELL MY HOUSE!!! I called Mary Todd that night. I told her my crazy plan and she said, "Say no more fam, I gotchu!". The next thing I know, the house was listed, we had multiple CASH offers within hours, and I was on the road to dreamtown. Now, fast forward a few short weeks later, and I decided to sell another property I owned. There was no doubt on who I was going to call. Yes, you guessed it... Mary Todd Ashbrook. I called her and within an hour, she already had an offer for me. In a few short weeks, we closed without a hiccup. What i'm trying to say here is.. Mary Todd is the type of person that makes things happen. She understands that time is money and when you have a crazy dream or a goal, she will do everything she can to make that dream a reality. As I sit here on the beach, I can honestly say that Mary Todd had a huge part at making this dream a reality. (Oh yeah, and that first neighbor also).
