Having lived in our home for 46 years after buying it directly from the builder; we had never worked with a realtor before. Mary was there with the advice and suggestions we needed. We were thinking of selling on our own and Mary was willing to work with us, help find financing, and do all the paperwork. When that didn’t work out, Mary took over everything to provide us with information we needed for the sale. The listing paperwork was promptly handled. Mary answered all our questions about listing, pricing, showings, etc. Mary was always on call to answer the many questions we had. Mary kept us informed of all the showings. Once an offer was received, Mary was a great help with the title company to clear up a problem that resulted from a previous refinance that had not been processed correctly. Mary arranged a preclosing which was much more convenient for us. Couldn’t have asked for better handling of all aspects. Mary’s many years of experience is a great asset.
