Mary Powers

Mary was absolutely amazing! When we decided we wanted to renovate our existing home, sell it, and purchase a new one - the entire process felt completely overwhelming. I was super excited to find an Agent who felt more like a friend that could help us navigate a complex and hectic project. Mary undertook the role of 'Project Manager' to oversee every SINGLE update made to our existing home, and (perhaps more importantly) managed our expectations and path as we navigated moving out of our home, get it completely updated, list/sell it, buy a new one, and move into the new home. She offered a 'full service' commission that included overseeing updates to the home, staging, photographs, marketing the home, and walking us through the sale. For the buying side of it, she does that at completely NO expense to the buyers!
