Excellent!
MaryAnn sold my last two houses and then found me new ones. Her knowledge of the market (after, I think, 37 years in the business), and ability to get the highest price for a sale or the lowest price for a buy is simply amazing. I far exceeded my gain expectations with this house. Besides that, she is compassionate, caring, and a "friend for life". I value her as an agent, and as a simply terrific person. I would recommend her to ANYONE wanting to sell - or buy - their house. She has also handled buy and/or sell of homes for other members of my family. If you want the best of realtors, contact her.
