Mary Amonitti is by far the best realtor I have worked with. This review is being written by someone from the northeast where, frankly, the real estate market can be draconian. I was prepared to slog it out with predatory realtors, counter offers, having to pay over asking price, and hunger games style shenanigans. I needed to find a nice-ish property for myself and my family to be able to spend time in the low country with my aging, elderly parents who may need some more family support form time to time. Finding a genuinely intuitive, professional realtor was a big ask. Mary's tag line is "here to serve." She is true to her words. She not only was able to get a good sense of what I needed after interviewing myself and my family, but she seemed to be in the know about nicer properties not necessarily front and center on my own internet research. Actually, she found the right location and property first try! She is savvy, sophisticated, nuanced, and relatable to all. She is well connected to and embedded in the HHI real estate market and was able to connect me to her professional network which made finding local mortgage lenders, insurance agents, service provers, and inspectors easy. And guess what? Like Mary, her industry professional contacts were all kind, ethical, straight-up folk who were able to move mountains to ensure a positive outcome.
