Marty was exceptional and well-knowledgeable of the selling home process! He was extremely patient, but passionate about selling our home. He made our experience enjoyable! We cannot put into words about our experience. It was hard for us to let go of our home after 21 years, but Marty was understanding of it. We will refer him to all of our friends and family when it comes to buying and selling their home.

As the seller of a property in Timberlake, Ohio I found Marty Sintic to be an excellent agent from the time I met him and went over the sale process through the closing and completion of the sale. He was informative and patient as the house was prepared for sale, answering questions and providing the information I needed to sell the property. Having an expert available to refer to was especially important to me since it had been 26 years since I had been last involved in a real estate transaction. Marty also provided assistance finding a local contractor to do the necessary final preparations to get the house ready for the showing. He was also a great help as the document signing process progressed. He kept me informed with what each document was needed for and he also worked me through the online signing process so all of the documents were signed correctly and on time. Marty also maintained regular communication with the buyer's agent so I was able to get needed information quickly to make necessary decisions as the transaction progressed. The whole process of completing the sale was professionally handled from our first meeting, to the listing, to the showing the house, and finally to the closing. I would highly recommend Marty Sintic and would not hesitate to work with him again if I had another real estate transaction in the area.
