Mr Marty did a marvelous job selling my previous home and purchasing my new home. He has at least fifteen to twenty years experience in the real estate industry and is very knowledgeable plus very easy to talk to and get along with. I have already recommended him to various neighbors of my old neighborhood and I recommend him to anybody. He always responds even after business hours and on the weekends to help out in any way he can. He even became a part of the Navy Federal Credit Union's Realty Plus Program halfway through our transaction knowing that a percentage of his commission would be coming back to me but he realized that the program would bring him even more business in the future. He also fought for us and got five thousand dollars extra out of the sellers of our home when the inspector found some minor defects. All in all a wonderful experience with Mr Marty and I can't say enough about him!

Marty is a true professional, everything he said he would do he followed up on it. I am amazed how quickly our homes sold with Marty’s knowledge and ability to make sure our home was ready for the Open House was amazing. He was able to work with the escrow company when we had problems clearing the title. I would definitely recommend him two friends and family. Selling your home can be very stressful.
