Mr Marty did a marvelous job selling my previous home and purchasing my new home. He has at least fifteen to twenty years experience in the real estate industry and is very knowledgeable plus very easy to talk to and get along with. I have already recommended him to various neighbors of my old neighborhood and I recommend him to anybody. He always responds even after business hours and on the weekends to help out in any way he can. He even became a part of the Navy Federal Credit Union's Realty Plus Program halfway through our transaction knowing that a percentage of his commission would be coming back to me but he realized that the program would bring him even more business in the future. He also fought for us and got five thousand dollars extra out of the sellers of our home when the inspector found some minor defects. All in all a wonderful experience with Mr Marty and I can't say enough about him!

Should have not listened, should have not given in to fear and waited gpr right buyer. "There is only one buyer" is not an acceptable excuse for accepting an offer. We gave in and lost. Please check your own comps before accepting an offer. He gave a ton, but in long run it was not right. I give him stars for effort, but our sale was too soon. Family bought into the pitch. We were told that a certain offer was all we could expect. We accepted an offer of $540k when we were not shown a comp of $625k just up the street-with less square feet, no pool, no second fireplace in great room, etc., pls hold out for "real" best price as seller. We found out later that he had listed our home for $499-500k without our permission, and which was our original purchase price 13 YEARS EARLIER. We have been in shock and did not partake of his offer to help with next purchase. Listen to your heart, if it does not sound right, stand up and be strong. He will get it sold, but Only do it if it is YOUR PRICE.
