My husband and I had been working with another realtor for about six months prior to meeting Marni. That experience was terrible and I found myself feeling caught between, "we have got to part ways from this guy" and "we're just going to stick this out because who knows if we'd even have a better experience with the next realtor?" After our previous agent tried to convince us to move forward with a house that had too many issues to count, it was the final straw for us. I decided to go check out a couple of homes myself, figuring I could 'cut the middle man out' and just work with the seller's agent directly (again, I was a newbie to all of this), and enter my first interaction with Miss Marni. She quickly educated me on the ethics/rules of my plot, but still wanted to help by referring us to one of her colleagues to put an offer together for us. Though we did not get that particular home, we are so thankful for that experience because it brought us to Marni and less than a month later, our final offer was accepted and we were in our very first home by Christmas. See, we knew the Colorado market has been insane, so we continued to justify sticking with our previous agent because we figured our inability to get offers accepted was just out of everyone's control (which is partly true). However, if you're reading this...ESPECIALLY if you're not having a great experience, I'm here to tell you that the right agent for you DOES MATTER. A well-written offer does matter. An agent that is willing to take as much time and explanation it takes for your level of understanding does matter. You are about to make the biggest investment of your life. When the keys are placed in your hand, it makes all the difference having an agent like Marni by your side. Marni is a hustler! She will advocate for you, educate you and just feel like a part of your family. You want her on your team as she treats not only the purchase, but the process as if it were her own, with intention and care.

OMG! I thought selling our home was going to be a daunting experience & boy, was I wrong. With Marni by our side, she was able to help us make it a much more manageable experience. Marni has been keeping an eye on our home market and comps for years. Through the regular emails and visits, we have remained in the know prior to even deciding to sell. She is so great at pulling comps and helping us to determine our approach to selling. She is great at pricing, staging, de cluttering, marketing, etc. She is so personable and truly cares.
