Mark R. provided super advice on the sale and presentation of our house. He photographed the house very professionally. The actual final sales price came in exactly as he originally anticipated. My wife and I we very pleased with his detailed work and follow-up. Also, we purchased a home with his assistance. Again, he did his homework, was very responsive, and cannot say enough about him and his teammate. Would recommend to our friends.

I was fortunate enough to have Mark Reemelin as my real estate agent. He made the process of purchasing and ultimately selling the property as easy as possible. His expertice and guidance could not have been any better. The personal attention I was given in getting through the complicated procedures during some difficult health issues was outstanding. Our primary residence is in IL and we were looking for a winter home in FL, a friend recommended Mark to us. I have nothing but positive feedback in working with Mark. Once we selected a home and moved forward with the purchase, he kept in constant communication and helped button things down even though his job was done. Lastly, months after the sale, he continues to check up on us from time to time to just say hello or see if we need anything. His attention to detail and follow up is second to none, he knows the local market very well and his input was greatly appreciated. He helped us purchase our dream getaway, are extremely happy with the experience and can't wait to start creating memories.

Mark went up and beyond his duties as a realtor and he was very knowledgeable. He presented himself professionally and was a charm to work with. Mark and his business partner Ron Eiseman sold our condo in Cortez in July 2019. We wanted a quick sale and he responded to this with iniative and attention to the sale and closing process. He and Ron also took care of the many personal possession that we left behind, where the new owners did not want them. Overall it was a surprisingly smooth process!
