About Mark

Growing up in a Navy family we moved all over the country and world. In 1988, I moved to Florida for college and continued on to Bradenton/Anna Maria area with my soon to be wife Deana. I have spent all of my previous career in customer focused sales, marketing, and project/product management positions. I started in real estate gaining a strong base as a real estate appraiser in Sarasota and Manatee counties. I entered my most recent career in real estate back in 2011. While the 2011 market was soft, I excelled in providing my clients an exceptional understanding of the local markets while focusing on their specific needs. That focus along with the ability to provide deep support through current marketing activities, including an episode on HGTV’s House Hunters, has been a recipe for success and I have not looked back. My number one goal today is the same as it was in 2011, My Customer. Mark provides excellent advice and overall presentation on both a sale and purchase in Bradenton, Fl

Mark R. provided super advice on the sale and presentation of our house. He photographed the house very professionally. The actual final sales price came in exactly as he originally anticipated. My wife and I we very pleased with his detailed work and follow-up. Also, we purchased a home with his assistance. Again, he did his homework, was very responsive, and cannot say enough about him and his teammate. Would recommend to our friends.

purchase and sale of 2001 32nd St W Bradenton FL

I was fortunate enough to have Mark Reemelin as my real estate agent. He made the process of purchasing and ultimately selling the property as easy as possible. His expertice and guidance could not have been any better. The personal attention I was given in getting through the complicated procedures during some difficult health issues was outstanding. He was sensitive to our financial needs, time constraints and our compromised ability to physically make the move. I can not thank him enough for his help in going the extra mile for us. Purchase of a new home

Our primary residence is in IL and we were looking for a winter home in FL, a friend recommended Mark to us. I have nothing but positive feedback in working with Mark. Starting day one he was very attentive to our needs, taking the time to get to know us. He asked a lot of questions to understand our vision so as we looked at places, we would look at places that had potential and not just see homes for the sake of seeing homes, not waste our time being from out of town. Throughout the process he was quick to respond to all our question and/or concerns we had. Once we selected a home and moved forward with the purchase, he kept in constant communication and helped button things down even though his job was done. Lastly, months after the sale, he continues to check up on us from time to time to just say hello or see if we need anything. Our experience has been awesome and would definitely recommend Mark, especially if you are from out of town. His attention to detail and follow up is second to none, he knows the local market very well and his input was greatly appreciated. He helped us purchase our dream getaway, are extremely happy with the experience and can't wait to start creating memories.

Mark was great with his knowledge of today’s market.

Mark went up and beyond his duties as a realtor and he was very knowledgeable. He presented himself professionally and was a charm to work with. He took awesome pictures of the house and he took the time to research the neighborhood for better sale advantage. Mark has a great personality and a very honest family man. Mark and his business partner Ron Eiseman sold...

Mark and his business partner Ron Eiseman sold our condo in Cortez in July 2019. We wanted a quick sale and he responded to this with iniative and attention to the sale and closing process. He and Ron also took care of the many personal possession that we left behind, where the new owners did not want them. Overall it was a surprisingly smooth process!
