With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mark Ledbetter has built a career on resilience, leadership, and a passion for helping others succeed. Originally from Asheville, NC, he spent nearly a decade as a Managing Broker and Director before making Southwest Florida his home and continuing his journey as an industry leader.
Mark is committed to empowering agents with the confidence, knowledge, and resources they need to thrive. Through training, mentorship, and hands-on guidance, he has helped countless professionals navigate the challenges of this business and build successful careers. His dedication to excellence has earned him multiple accolades, including Realtor of the Year (2012 & 2024), Educator of the Year (2023), and the President’s Award (2022 & 2023). He currently serves as President of the Bonita Springs Estero Realtor Association (BER) for 2024.
Beyond his leadership roles, Mark is a lifelong learner who continues to sharpen his skills. He holds multiple certifications, including Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX). Most recently, he completed a 26-week intensive training to become a Certified Real Estate Coach.
Mark actively gives back to the industry through his involvement with BER, NABOR, NAHREP, and WCR-Bonita. Over the past five years, he has dedicated himself to coaching and training newly licensed agents, helping them develop the skills and mindset needed to overcome adversity and build thriving careers.
