Mark Kruse has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years all with RE/MAX and in the same office. After being in the business for 19 years, and consistently breaking RE/MAX records on a regional and national level as well as teaching and facilitating agent classes and masterminds, Mark decided to take the giant leap to become a Team leader of his own RE/MAX team in the greater Denver/Colorado Front Range area. Mark and "The Time to Close Team" live the RE/MAX brand. It is representative of how Mark and his team seamlessly implement proactive communication and best practices to help their clients achieve their goals in a timely manner, as well as facilitate a smooth transaction from first contact all the way to the closing table. Mark has been a Top Producer in Sales for RE/MAX Alliance consistently and most notably received his Hall of Fame award in 2012, reached RE/MAX Platinum Sales and above 2013 to present, helped a staggering 81 families achieve their goals in 2016, and has earned national recognition by becoming one of the newest members of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017. He was also awarded the prestigious Chairman’s Club Award in 2016 and 2020, the Titan Club Award in 2021 as a solo agent without a full-time assistant, and the Titan Team Award in 2022. 2024 and 2025 were stelar years even in an ever changing market. Mark and his team were able to achieve the prestigious Diamond Club award both years. He has made the REAL Trends* “America’s Best” list every year since 2016, ranking him among the top 1.5% of the 1.6 million licensed real estate professionals in the United States of America. As someone who consistently ranks highly in sales in the Denver market, Mark is humble enough to want to prove his worth to you and your clients.
