Mark Hartman

We were looking for a place to buy somewhere in Clearwater or Pinellas County. Mark received us most pleasently and showed us the first day 9 condos wherby we could not deceide to take either one. We felt Kind of bad but there was just not one where it made click. Mark kept on looking for one we might like after he has learned more about our liking with his professionell feeling. He called us the next morning asking us if we would be ready to have a look at 2 more places he has found. We happily agreed and we met and had a look at the two. Tha first one was allready much more what we where looking for but the second one we where just looking at each other and we knew there is no word necassary this is going to be our dream place. The following necassary steps Mark performed just perfect, good for us being Germans and having no clue about what has to be done to get everything clean till the closing. The next question would be; why for a full year, because I was asking Mark to sell the house well above its value. Mark's tenacity and dedication payed off as he did sell it for well above the appraised value.
