Mark did an amazing job helping coordinate a cross-country move and provided great advice, support and feedback throughout the whole house buying process during COVID. He didn't miss a thing and listened to all of our needs.

Mark is an experienced realtor who is extremely knowledgeable of St John’s County and all of Jacksonville Florida. Mark is communicative and very knowledgeable about the current real estate trends in Florida. He was very accommodating since we were moving from out of state. Mark went above and beyond from taking us to several neighborhoods, and recommended neighborhoods we would like since we were unfamiliar with the area. He was very perceptive to our needs and ultimately he found us the perfect house in an area we love! Mark gave us realistic advice during negotiations for our home. He also helped by researching lenders, reviewing contracts, HOA and other documents to be sure we understood all the costs associated with the home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Most importantly, Mark LISTENED to exactly what I was looking for in a condo. I gave him a criteria list that was very important to me and let him know what I was willing to be flexible with. When we had narrowed the list down to actually have a viewing of the chosen condos, Mark lined everything up and showed excellent knowledge of the area and each condo that we viewed. Since we were not from the area we had chosen to move to, Mark was in daily contact with me and assisted us every step of the way to make a bid on the condo and to negotiate a very good price for us and was even there for the home inspection and made sure every detail was properly taken of. Mark is what everyone should want in a realtor.

We have been working with Mark Good for almost a year and have been amazed at his unrelenting patience with us in pursuit of the perfect retirement home. Knowing that it would likely be 12-18 months before we would move from Maryland to FL, we perhaps started the search prematurely. Our reason was that though we grew in FL it has been over 45 years and much has changed. We wanted a realtor that would educate us to the different areas in NE FL, St Augustine, Jacksonville and the Beaches as well as getting a better idea of home versus condo living with all the amenities and fees. We have made 4 trips to FL over the last year and each time Mark has made appointments for us to see multiple listings. He has graciously spend 1-3 days with us on each of these occasions. He is diligent in daily sending new or changed listings from which we select the homes to view. On several occasions, he has gone personally to see a property and take photos of the neighborhood. He has been quick to say that we would not be satisfied and give the reasons. Mark has invested a remarkable amount of time with us and for us. He is definitely a business person and ultimately wants to make a sale but he has never put pressure for us to purchase. In fact recently we had actually made a bid on an oceanfront condo. During this process, he took a trip to the property to view any damage after a recent storm. The photos of erosion were very enlightening and after extensive research we withdrew the bid. Over and over again, Mark has demonstrated that he is not self serving but at all times is working in our best interest. He is very professional but also very personable. He is very knowledgeable in the area of NE FL, and the business of real-estate. If ask something he doesn't know he either finds the answer or refers you to an expert. Without reservation, we recommend Mark for his expertise, integrity and patience. We can't imagine anyone better.
