We have purchased and sold multiple homes through Mark. The reason why we come back to him and his team every time is because all we have to do is sit back and relax while he does the stuff we don’t want to deal with. If we didn’t buy our forever home recently we would be going back to him and his team again. He's quick to respond and on top of everything. Do yourself a favor and stop wasting your time with realtors who don’t know the area and drag their feet.

It was wonderful to work with Mark! He helped me buy my new home, then, once it was renovated, he listed my "old" home to sell. He had someone on hand to help with the paint touch ups and other odds and ends that were needed. He put together a great binder people could look through to get more information on what updates I had made to the house we sold. We had multiple offers within two days. When financing fell through for one of the buyers, we had multiple offers again over a weekend! Buying and selling homes can be extremely stressful. Mark made it much easier by calming my fears and being up front with expectations. Highly recommend!

Mark was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to explain the paperwork (which I’ve never had a realtor do), and made sure we understood everything. He also really took the time to see what I wanted in a home and what I wasn’t a fan of, and it got to the point that he could tell as soon as we walked in a home that it wouldn’t work. I appreciated his knowledge of the area, giving us suggestions on places to go and good restaurants. Great liaison between the builder and lender, making the whole process less stressful on us. Would recommend Mark to all my friends and family, and can’t wait to work with him again.
