Mark was ahead of the game and knew how to best prepare the home for the market. He exposed the problems that he knew mattered and that needed correcting before the home hit the market. He is very knowledgeable in the VA Assumption process which we didn’t know was an option, and identified properties that offered this which ultimately allowed us to obtain a 2.5% rate on the purchase of our home.
