There is a lot to say about Mark. We were looking for a "unicorn-home" for a few years. Mark kept us positive, hopeful, and kept us informed of homes coming on the market homes that would be an interest to us. When we saw a potential home, he was right there with us during the process. We all knew we'd find that home, and we did! Mark has strong knowledge of how the real-estate market works. He is very professional working with us and also personal so we could build that connection between realtor-client. Easy to get ahold of and communicates through every step, even during the busy season. Mark has been amazing helping us out with some of the issues we had with selling and purchasing, including finding outside services that we could utilize and trust. Mark was a true professional who was able to help guide us through a "rough" lot split, in order to sell the home. His referral network is vast, as he referred us to a very qualified surveyor, title attorney, roofing company and remodeling contractor. All were needed to get the home prepped for sale. He is a great communicator, knowing when to text, email or when to pick up the phone to have a more in-depth conversation. His response time was very quick and very much appreciated as this was a "tricky" sale of a home that the church owned. His market analysis was spot on. He knows how to do great market research and has the ability to help you understand what is needed to secure a win/win negotiation, even when emotions are running high.
