Mark is an excellent seller’s agent! He has your best interest at heart and strives to get you the best deal on your home. He responds to calls and texts very quickly. Additionally, Mark has firsthand knowledge of the waterfront area in Pasco County as he calls the area home. He has the ability to educate agents, and subsequently, their clients who may not be familiar with the area. I appreciated that he would go check on the house often to make sure everything was secure, as we had moved prior to the sale. Mark made sure to attend inspections and appraisals. I would definitely use Mark again if I were in the market to buy or sell my home.
