Mark and Susan Freeburg

Mark and Susan helped me sell a house several years ago so I wanted their help this time in selling a lot. They are old Anoka residents, as am I, so they know the area. They are well-known in Anoka. I did not want to go with someone new to the area. Susan is gracious, prompt and very very patient. We did everything on line. I felt comfortable using her services a second time and the sale went well. In both transactions Mark and Susan have been extra helpful.

Susan was absolutely wonderful...she explained things thoroughly and if there were questions we were on the phone contacting Cesar, Loan Consultant, for Prosperity Mortgage to help....she went above and beyond when my options were becoming less and time was ticking....Mark was wonderful for filling in on showings when Susan wasn't available.....greatly appreciate all Susan and the Freeburg Team helped me with on this journey of first time home buying....I would recommend Susan and Mark and their team of experts for your home purchase/sell....Thanks Susan and Mark....so Grateful...Sheila

Susan and Mark Freeburg did a great job selling our house for myself and my sisters. With the special circumstance that I live in Arizona and the property was in Minnesota they knew exactly how to handle it. They communicated to me via e mail the listing, showings,reviews, price reduction, and that there was offers. After going over the offers with my sister in Minnesota they suggested which would be best. My sister called me to explain what had transpired during that meet. I agreed however that offer fell thru gladly we had a second choice. The closing process began which we could do remotely through Susan and Mark and the Title Company. We closed successfully in February. Thank You Susan and Mark.

We did something this year that we thought we would not be able to do! We sold our home and bought a new home! We went from a three bedroom, two bathroom, split entry home to a two bedroom, two bathroom, one level detached townhouse! We would have not been able to do this without the help of Team Freeburg!
