Selling your home can be a scary experience! You start with the highest hopes for a positive outcome, but it doesn't always end up how you planned! In our case, working with Marita, was way beyond of highest hopes! She listened!! We were moving an hour and half away from the house we were listing and we had concerns about being that far away and having the house listed. The market was changing rapidly so time was of the essence to get it listed and hopefully sold. She took charge and handled so many things for us because we were a ways away! When we received offers, she was knowledgeable and guided us on what offers we should consider and what ones we should reject, and why! We took her advise and ended up with an excellent offer that exceeded our expectations and we were able to close quickly. First, she is the best human being around, very honest and hard working. The sellers we were buying from were not the easiest to work with, throwing up curveball after curveball after terms had already been agreed upon. Marita was dogged in making sure we got what was agreed to. Marita also stepped in when our financing ran into trouble, finding another option that worked out perfectly. She will always be in your corner throughout the process, making sure her and her great team stay in constant communication throughout the process. We have at least one more move coming up for a family member and she will be the first and only person we call. She's The GOAT!
