And, as a first time home buyer, she was able to guide and direct me in ways I never considered. And, while I might have been apprehensive at first, her actions reassured me she was looking out for my best interests. But moreover, my home buy was anything but normal, and if something could go wrong with the seller, it did. But not because of Marita, my loan officer, or me. Let's just say it was unnecessary complex. But Marita kept a level head, went, not just the extra mile, but the extra marathon, and helped me get my dream property. Marita really is the best! Ms. Corkill was very knowledgeable in seemingly all aspects of her job as our realtor. She was professional, prompt, cordial, experienced and timely throughout our home selling process. We stressed we wanted a quick sell as we had moved out of state and our house was going to be empty throughout the entire process. She had the house under contract in four days and helped it close early. In addition to normal realtor tasks, all of which were completed in a timely and stress free manner from our perspective, she coordinated final cleaning and minor maintenance and touch up painting tasks with contractors she utilizes when beneficial for the clients. The house was professionally listed in a positive light and viewings began on the first day it was on the market. After a contract was in place, she made frequent visits to our home to make sure all was in order, as we had to leave for home five days before the listing was initiated. She kept us informed the entire time, did an excellent job of ensuring no issues arose, with the whole process coordinated and completed without a hitch. She is very good at her job and an absolute pleasure to work with.

For the second time Marita has helped us buy and sell a home. And both times our house was priced aggressive and we got exactly what we listed for.
