Marita was a lot of help to my mother who is 82 years old, she offered to to have the driveway power washed, she had someone come to check the roof, I can go on, and on all she did. Ms. Corkill was very knowledgeable in seemingly all aspects of her job as our realtor. She was professional, prompt, cordial, experienced and timely throughout our home selling process. We stressed we wanted a quick sell as we had moved out of state and our house was going to be empty throughout the entire process. In addition to normal realtor tasks, all of which were completed in a timely and stress free manner from our perspective, she coordinated final cleaning and minor maintenance and touch up painting tasks with contractors she utilizes when beneficial for the clients.
