When we asked Marita to come look at our home to tell us what she thought we should do to get it on the market, she didn’t hesitate. She also let us know that due to market conditions it is best to get it ready ASAP . She gave us referrals for contractors who did a great job and we’re able to help us get is listed very quickly. The selling process was smooth and Marita kept us calm during all of the showings. Highly recommend!
First, she is the best human being around, very honest and hard working. The sellers we were buying from were not the easiest to work with, throwing up curveball after curveball after terms had already been agreed upon. Marita was dogged in making sure we got what was agreed to. Marita also stepped in when our financing ran into trouble, finding another option that worked out perfectly. She will always be in your corner throughout the process, making sure her and her great team stay in constant communication throughout the process. We have at least one more move coming up for a family member and she will be the first and only person we call. She's The GOAT!
