We won the home even though there were other bids AND we were able to keep all contingencies so that we stayed safe. In the end, we got the home for much less than our offer. We again won the home and we were able to ask for a concession, 15k towards closing! We didn't offer more than the value of the home either! We also kept all contingencies so that we were protected through out the whole process. Marissa was willing to drive two hours out to view properties and we always felt prioritized.
