I know Mario, initially as a friend, and aside from him being an exceptional friend, over the years I watched in amazement of the level of attentiveness and for lack of a better word- hustle that he dedicates to each of his clients. I recognized that deep level of genuineness and attentiveness in our friendship and find it so refreshing and unique that Mario lends that same kindness and dedication to all he meets. Fast forward to when I also became his client as well, and he went above and beyond to not only helping me find the perfect buyer, but to help coordinate every single stressful detail that comes with selling a home. He kept me calm and excited every step of the way throughout the transition anytime the stress crept in. He was available to hear my requests or concerns and I felt thankful I had someone on my side to assist and guide me through the entirety of the process. When you hire Mario, you truly are hiring a teammate and not just someone that represents your home for selling purposes.

Mario is the man. Absolutely passionate about the business. If he doesn't know the answer off hand he doesn't BS you. He'll let you know he needs to ask around and he gets back with you quickly. Went through him twice already and if I have the opportunity to do it a third, I will. 100%

Mario is the best realtor my fiance and I have had the privilege of working with. Being a first time home buyers the first realtor we started with was extremely aggressive. He gave us a feeling of "We weren't serious to buy" because we weren't trying to put an offer on every home he showed us whether we liked the home or not. He always told us "you won't find anything better than this you should put an offer" for every home. Month and half passes and I was introduced to Mario through mutual connections. Night and day difference in our home buying experience. Mario was extremely attentive to what we wanted in a home and only showed us homes that he even felt were worth looking at (especially in the extreme sellers market we were buying in). If we found a home online and sent it to him, he would take him no more than 5 minutes to get on the phone with the selling realtor and schedule a viewing. Once we found our home Mario made our closing process as simple as possible and did all the leg work where all we had to do is read and sign our contracts. Anything we didn't understand was met with detailed and simple to understand explanations. Such a humble human to interact with and I will be working with him again in the future when we are ready to upgrade. We can't thank him enough.

Communication skills are stupendous. Mario was able to walk us through the process and provide “what if” scenarios for the different avenues we had. He was able to coordinate everything we needed to get our home ready and sold (offer accepted 3 days after going live). Above and beyond is so many regards.
