Eric kept pushing to get me a loan for a home. He listened to me and kept me informed -- even when the news was bad. In fact, he made it a point to deliver the bad news quickly, giving me a chance to adjust to necessary changes. He worked with my realtor to make sure the home I selected was one that a lender would consider for a reasonable loan, before I made an offer. This gave me the flexibility to not wait 30 days to find out I couldn't get a loan in that HOA, but to move on before I offered and find a home in a HOA on which lenders would carry mortgages. He stayed with me through the whole process. He didn't lie to me which a previous mortgage lender had done. That seems like a small basic thing, but it was such a relief.

This is the second transaction Mario has worked with me on, and just as last time the experience was streamlined and stress free. Mario reposed to any and all questions incredibly promptly and with all the details. It truest demonstrates his knowledge of his craft. This came in great use as a buyer moving from out of state, Mario was able to give my wife and I video walkthroughs, giving real feedback as if he were the one to purchase the home himself. I felt a great deal of comfort knowing Mario was on my team to get this transaction completed as we navigated several curve balls life threw, unquestionably with out Mario’s professionalism we would not have been able to close the deal on time let alone two weeks early. Mario was an excellent agent to work with. From the very beginning he was engaging and interested in my goals, the vision, and outcome of the sale of my home.
