I had never sold a house before and was initially beyond apprehensive and overwhelmed with how to go about listing, staging, and dealing with viewings. Mario went above and beyond to explain, with intricate detail, every aspect of the process and greatly eased my mind about how everything would flow. He quickly established trust and did a continuously great job of coordinating open house and single viewings with ample notification to help keep the stress of preparing and vacating the house to a minimum. When the unforeseen issue of having to replace the roof emerged after an inspection he went above and beyond to find a roofing company that would immediately schedule work and accept payment after closing was complete. To add on to the fun of that a water leakage and resulting mold damage was also discovered during a subsequent inspection.
