Wow!! Marilyn knows Birmingham. She carefully listened to our "must haves" in a house and helped find us the perfect one within just weeks! She is very honest and will tell you the truth about each house you look at. She knew the busy streets, the flood zones, tax information, schools, etc. just from her memory. Marilyn was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone searching for a house.
