Let me begin by saying I’m a mom of toddler twins, so the thought of relocating was daunting to say the least. Marilyn made the entire process easy and enjoyable. She is a consummate professional; knowledgeable, communicative and trustworthy. Every text message, phone call and email was answered in a timely manner and there were many! Marilyn has a way of making you feel like you’re her only client, which I believe is rare these days. Marilyn has excellent knowledge of the real estate business and what sells. She not only managed the sale of the property but was project manager in effect for substantial upgrades made to the property before the sale to enhance its value. I was living a couple states away so it would have been impractical and inefficient for me to have managed the upgrades. She worked “24x7” and communicated extremely well during the upgrade and sale process. Very professional in every way.

We chose Marilyn because she had been recommended has a full service realtor and she is. We were going to be out of the area for both the prep period and the sale period and needed someone who could be relied on to handle all the prep necessary and keep in touch with us. She did, wonderfully. Got all the inspections done, followed up on the minor repairs, worked with a stager on the new paint scheme, etc. In the end the house sold in a day at a higher price than we thought it would sell. We are delignted with our experience.

Marilyn made buying our first home SO simple, especially in this crazy market. She is extremely knowledgeable about how the market works and her communication is fantastic. I could text her a million times a day and she would respond in a timely manner. After this experience with Marilyn, I am confident and much more comfortable for the next time we buy a home.
