Marie was recommended to us from my highschool friend who has bought two houses in Longmont, CO with her help. We were looking to buy our first home in Denver/ Boulder area while living in California, so everything was done remotely. Marie was happy to walk us through everything we didn’t know about buying a home, including how to get pre-approved, getting mortgage, home inspection, different neighborhoods, and more. She drove to every home we were interested in, and did a video tour of the home and surrounding areas, so even though we never got to see the in person, we had a good idea of what we are buying. The 2nd day we moved in, we had water trouble in the basement with rain water leaking in. We were so new to the condo, we didn’t know who to call yet for emergency. So we contacted Marie, and she was quick to help after hours, connecting us with the right people and providing practical solutions we needed. We were happy to work with her, and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy in the area!
