About Maricela

Hey there! I’m Maricela Carias, a full-time bilingual real estate agent with Lake Norman Realty, helping awesome people buy and sell homes around the Lake Norman and Lincolnton areas. I’ve been in real estate for five years now, and I absolutely love what I do—helping clients reach their goals and turning transactions into lifelong relationships. I’m originally from beautiful Costa Rica, but I’ve called Lincolnton home since 1996. I bring honesty, integrity, and a whole lot of heart to everything I do, whether I’m negotiating a deal or baking cookies with my daughter. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me hanging out with my husband and daughter, digging in the garden, hiking a local trail, or whipping something up in the kitchen. I’m also super involved in my church community, where I serve as the Sunday School Director and volunteer whenever I can. Real estate is more than just a job to me—it’s about helping people start new chapters, and I’m here for it every step of the way! ¡Hola! Soy originaria de la hermosa Costa Rica, pero he llamado a Lincolnton mi hogar desde 1996.
