My husband and I searched the internet from Boston seeking to buy a condo. We found a few properties that we liked. We contacted Marianne who set up a date and time to meet with us at our convenience. She kept in constant communication with us and responded to each and every email or phone call almost immediately. We returned to Boston and finished all the legal paperwork and even the final signing and passing of papers over email.
