There are not enough words in the dictionary that can describe how wonderful Maria is! She is such a kind and patient realtor; even though my wife and I had very specific demands for a house. Once we went under contract with her, it took us 2 months and countless showings to find the perfect home. She never made us feel uncomfortable and kept reminding us that it was our decision at the end of the day, and if we didn’t absolutely love a house there would always be more houses. She went above and beyond to help us find our house and we are forever grateful to have worked with her!

We found our dream home thanks to Maria's help. We were relocated to Denver from Houston, we came with a baby on their way, a toddler and with no clue about the city areas or the real state market here, but since Maria is highly qualified, experienced, and well educated in the Denver real state market, she made the entire process smooth and a total success. She was very attentive, and based in what we wanted and needed, she made sure to visit with us all the possible options available in the market. She even helped us in finding a great temporary place where we stayed while we found our new house. In a very short period of time we had enough knowledge about the commodities that the city offers and information about the schools and places that made our accommodation easier. Every step of the way, she was available with the answers to questions, and even those that we didn’t think of. Maria worked harder than I ever could have expected going above and beyond to ensure we found the house we were looking for. Even after couple years now, she is still available night and day and is eager to help out in any way she can. I would highly recommend using Maria if you’re in the market for a new home.
